You deserve to love what you wear. At Mardana, we offer a smooth and simple return process within 30 days of delivery to ensure your absolute satisfaction.

📦 Return Conditions

• Your items must be unused, unstitched, and in their original packaging.
• The fabric must be free from any stains, odors, or damage.
• You must include the order number or proof of purchase with your return.
• You cannot return fabric that has already been stitched, cut, or washed.
• Our team ensures a quick check and prompt processing once your item is received.

📏 Custom & Additional Lengths

• Non-Returnable: Suits purchased in an additional length (more than 4 meters) are cut specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded.
• Prepaid Only: For your convenience and to secure your custom order, all parcels containing additional lengths are fully prepaid.

🔄 Exchanges

• Are you looking to try a different color? We are happy to arrange an exchange for you if your preferred shade is available in our collection.

💳 Refund Process

• After we receive and check your return, you will be updated right away.
• Please note: Your final refunded amount will be processed after the following deductions:
  • Original + Return Delivery Charges, which is the shipping fee incurred for your original order, and return in case it was arranged.
  • 4% Tax Deduction of your total bill amount, which has already been paid to the FBR against your COD amount.
• Your refund is processed within 1-5 business days once the inspection is complete.
• You will receive the remaining amount through your original payment method or a bank transfer.

🚚 Shipping for Returns

• We appreciate it when you arrange the shipping back to us.
• If we have sent you the wrong item or there is a quality issue, we will take full responsibility and handle the shipping for you.
