We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 7 working days from the date of confirmation.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

Your parcel is then carefully packed and handed over to one of our trusted courier partners for quick delivery.
🤝 Customer Responsibility & Moral Obligation

Receiving the Parcel: It is the customer's moral and ethical responsibility to ensure they are available to receive their parcel upon delivery.

Rearrangement: In the event that a customer is unable to receive the parcel on the first attempt, MARDANA can rearrange a second delivery attempt only after a formal confirmation from the customer.
🚫 Cancellation & Refusal Policy

Prior Notification: If a customer is unable to receive their order, it is their duty to inform the company prior to the order dispatch.

Unauthorized Refusal: If a customer refuses to accept a parcel without any prior notice or valid reason, MARDANA reserves the right to categorize the customer as fraudulent.

Blacklisting: Such customers will be blacklisted from all future purchases across our e-commerce platforms and retail stores. No further online orders will be shipped to blacklisted individuals.
📦 "Open Parcel" Policy

Standard Delivery: For safety and security reasons during the shipping process, parcels sent via standard delivery are not to be opened until payment is made.

Special Request: If a customer wishes to inspect the parcel before payment, they must inform the company before the order is fulfilled and specifically select the "Allowed to Open" shipping option.

Safety Insurance: To facilitate an "Open Parcel" request, the company must secure additional safety insurance for the package to protect against mishandling during inspection. The customer is strictly obliged to pay for this request.

Parcel Liability: Please note that MARDANA is not responsible for any type of damage occurring throughout the shipping process once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Inspection Risks: On "Allowed to Open" parcels, the company bears no responsibility for damage, linting, or mishandling that may occur during the customer's inspection before payment. Products in such parcels are not refundable/exchangeable/returnable.
- Refusal on Standard Delivery: If a customer on the standard delivery plan refuses to accept the parcel because they are not allowed to open it, the company reserves the right to return the parcel and permanently blacklist the customer from all future retail and e-commerce purchases.
